Whistler Blackcomb 2016

Lewis Ski Club takes you to Whistler, BC, Canada.

Whistler 2016 Trip Highlights:

Ski Trip Package Includes:

  • Seven nights accommodation at Delta Whistler Village Suites
    4 people per 2 bedroom / 2 bath, full kitchen condos
    Located in the central village, minutes from the lifts.
    Close to shopping, dining, grocery store, entertainment, etc.!
    Hotel porterage included.
  • Round-trip airfare from Cleveland, OH to Vancouver, BC. Valid Passport Required
    Flights via Chicago O'Hare on United Airlines
    Short layovers to limit the total travel time
  • Round-trip ground transportation from Vancouver Airport to Whistler Village
  • Five day lift tickets (skiing/boarding), valid at Whistler Blackcomb Resort
  • Welcome reception party
  • Mid-week fresh tracks breakfast on the slopes!

 

Optional Trip Add-Ons:

  • Optional 6th day resort lift ticket for extra fee, $40,  (include with final payment)

 

To sign up for Whistler 2016:

1. Update your club membership via our online membership form.

Please use the online form to join the club (new members) or to renew your membership (existing members). If renewing your membership, please log in to the club's web page first. Refer to our FAQ page for help.


2. Send completed Trip Application Form and Deposit to Tom Palisin via internal mail or to:

(Note:  This trip is not available for online signup.  Paper application must be used)

Whistler 2016 Payment Schedule:

  • Due Now:  $500 Non-Refundable Deposit
  • Before Oct. 23, 2015:  $500
  • Before Nov. 30, 2015:  $550
    Final payment, which must include extra cost for:
    • Optional 6th day lift ticket
  • Optional Trip Insurance Available
    Must be paid within 21 days of sign up

  • Membership in the Lewis Ski Club is Required. 
  • All participants must complete the Trip Application and Agreement Form
  • Price does not include baggage fees, any additional fuel surcharges, or airport fees, which may be imposed by the airline prior to departure.
  • Lewis Ski Club reserves the option to change airlines and/or itineraries
  • All checks must be made payable to "Lewis Ski Club"
