December Club Meeting

General Club Meeting.  Regular time and location

People start to arrive around 5pm. Happy Hour during the 5-6pm time frame. Business to commence at 6pm.

Club activity: Holiday Party. Bring your wrapped white elephant for the gift exchange.

White Elephant: All you have to do to participate is bring a very nicely wrapped “white elephant” to the club meeting. The “white elephant” can be anything you've had in your closet that someone else could use or just a regift that you don't really want. So, you bring your gift; check in, get a number and place the gift on the table. The number you get will determine the order in which you get to select another gift from the table during the exchange. You open it, and then you get one chance to either keep the gift or steal from one of the previous openers! Please join in on the fun this year.

Activity: Bake Sale. Bring a homemade baked good item to donate.

The Race Team will be holding their first ever bake sale, in conjunction with the White Elephant gift exchange. Come to the meeting, buy some cookies or other baked goods, and munch along while folks are tearing open those unique gifts! Proceeds will be used to help fund our rookie racers, and provide some support to the current team throughout the season. Come one come all! If any Club members would like to pitch in and contribute their own confections and treats for the bake sale, it would be more than appreciated! Show off your skills and maybe prove YOU can beat Bobby Flay!
