TOTAL TRIP PRICE: $1160 for standard hotel style room, $1230 for Studio with Galley Kitchen

Take the train across New York State as we travel from Cleveland, Ohio to Albany on our way to Mount Snow, Vermont. After an enjoyable train ride, we’ll ride by motor coach to West Dover, Vermont only 90 minutes away. There we can enjoy the slopeside convenience and friendly hospitality at the Grand Summit Resort a true ski in ski out EPIC destination! The charming hotel is complimented by a full service spa, fitness center, YEAR ROUND outdoor heated pool and hot tubs,steam room & sauna making this the perfect getaway!

PICK YOUR LODGING OPTION FIRST
We have two lodging options available this year. please make your choice prior to making your deposit. Payment 1 is the higher deposit and indicates your choice of a Studio. You must have a roomate planned as the Studio has sleeping accomations for two in the same bed. There is no pull out couch. The studio also has a small equipped galley kitchen. The standard hotel room option does not have a microwave or refrigerator. There are limited number of each lodging type.

THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE AMTRAK RESERVATIONS OR TICKETS.
Travelers will be responsible for making reservation and payments to Amtrak. There are different travel options and discounts that would not be available through a group reservation. You will have the choice of coach travel or a roomette (private room) which is nice traveling home overnight. There are multiple benefits of traveling by train, two free checked bags with only $20 fee for each additional bag up to two bags. TRAINS COUNT SKIS AND BOOT BAGS AS TWO ITEMS, two free carry ons, cafe car, and free secured parking at the train station. You’re able to stretch your legs and walk around to other parts of the train, mingle with friends. The seats are wide with plenty of leg room. Make your ROUND TRIP reservation ASAP for the 448 Lake Shore Limited 5:50 am departure from Cleveland, Ohio to Albany-Rensselear arrival at 2:53 pm on March 2, 2025 with a return trip on March 7, 2025 with a 7:05 pm departure. You may want to purchase a coach seat for the trip out and consider a roomette for a more comfortable ride home.
Purchase tickets in couples if reserving a roomette for best price and rooming together..

This is an EPIC destination with multiple options for you to obtain a lift tickets or pass that is right for you. If you are not planning to ski out west, consider a NORTHEAST VALUE PASS which now includes Ohio and Pa destinations. There's also senior and weekday discounts available. Please use the online form to join the club (new members) or to renew your membership (existing members). If renewing your membership, please log in to the club's web page first. Refer to our FAQ page for help.

2. Login to the club's webpage, and "Add to Cart" the 2025 Mount Snow Trip Item

Please continue through the online checkout process, and complete the online trip application and agreement form.

Due Now: $300 Non-Refundable Deposit (2025 Mount Snow Payment 1)
Due Now:  $71 Non-Refundable STUDIO Upgrade Deposit (2025 Mount Snow Studio Upgrade)

which may be imposed by Amtrak prior to departure.

Lewis Ski Club reserves the option to change transportation, lodging and/or itineraries
Optional Trip Insurance is recommended and should be purchased on your own. 
The Lewis Ski Club highly recommends purchasing additional trip insurance. A number of companies will insure entire trips, although the Lewis Ski Club does not endorse a specific vendor for the service.
