• Seven nights accommodation at Forest Suite Condos.

• Round-trip airfare from Cleveland, OH to Reno, NV
• Round-trip ground transportation from Reno, NV Airport to Forest Suite Condos.

To sign up for Heavenly 2024:

1. Update your club membership via our online membership form.

Please use the online form to join the club (new members) or to renew your membership (existing members). If renewing your membership, please log in to the club's web page first. Refer to our FAQ page for help.

2. Login to the club's webpage, and "Add to Cart" the Heavenly 2024 Trip Item

Please continue through the online checkout process, and complete the online trip application and agreement form.

3. After Sign Up:

Optional:  Please email the trip leaders of preferred roomates, or if willing to share a king bed.

Required:  Please email the trip leaders after you have purchased your EPIC Pass.

Heavenly 2024 Payment Schedule:

• Due Now:  $500 Non-Refundable Deposit
• Before Aug 15, 2023: Epic Pass Purchase
  Each Participant must purchase their own Epic Pass (Day passes available).
  See Epic Decision Tree to help you choose the best option.
  May be purchased at epicpass.com or through our trip vendor website.  Purchasing full Epic passes through vendor includes a $50 lodging credit (day passes do not qualify)

Resort and Mountain Statistics

The terrain varies at Heavenly, with 97 trails ranging from wide-open cruisers to plunging 1,600-foot chutes. Last year, the resort got over 600 inches of snow!
