To sign up for Beaver Creek 2024:

1. Update your club membership via our online membership form.

Please use the online form to join the club (new members) or to renew your membership (existing members). If renewing your membership, please log in to the club's web page first. Refer to our FAQ page for help.

2. Login to the club's webpage, and "Add to Cart" the Beaver Creek 2024 Trip Item

Please continue through the online checkout process, and complete the online trip application and agreement form.

3. After Sign Up:

Optional:  Please email the trip leaders of preferred roomates, or if willing to share a king bed.

Required:  Please email the trip leaders after you have purchased your EPIC Pass.

• Before Oct. 1, 2023:  $683

  May be purchased at epicpass.com or through our trip vendor website.  Purchasing an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass or Tahoe Local Pass through vendor includes a $50 lodging credit (day passes do not qualify)
