Panorama 2018

Ski Panorama, Kicking Horse, British Columbia
With the Lewis Ski Club.

TOTAL TRIP PRICE: $1425

Ski Trip Package Includes:

  • Roundtrip flight from Cleveland, OH to Calgary, Alberta
  • Roundtrip ground transportation: Calgary Airport to Panorama Resort
  • Welcome party/midweek party/after trip picture party
  • 6 nights accommodations at the Panorama Springs Lodge
    4 people per 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo
  • Ski In/ Ski Out
  • One night at hotel near the Calgary airport prior to departure 
  • Complimentary wi-fi with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, SPLIT kings bedding
  • Extra-large hot tub, heated pool, and sauna in the base village  
  • Ski lockers, On site laundry, Concierge, Fitness Center etc..
  • 4 days skiing/riding at Panorama Resort, BC
  • 1 day skiing/riding at Kicking Horse, BC
  • Roundtrip transportation from Panorama to Kicking Horse

 

Optional Trip Add-Ons:

  • Optional 5th day lift ticket at Panorama Resort
    (Adult lift ticket available for an additional $42. Include with final payment)

To sign up for Panorama 2018:

1. Update your club membership via our online membership form.

Please use the online form to join the club (new members) or to renew your membership (existing members). If renewing your membership, please log in to the club's web page first. Refer to our FAQ page for help.

2. Login to the club's webpage, and "Add to Cart" the Panorama 2018 Trip Item

Please continue through the online checkout process, and complete the online trip application and agreement form.

Panorama 2018 Payment Schedule:

  • Due Now:  $500 Non-Refundable Deposit
    Please send photo of your passport to trip leader.

  • Before Sept. 23, 2017:  $475
    (Add to cart "2018 Panorama Payment 2" )
  • Before Nov. 18, 2017:  $450
    (Add to cart "2018 Panorama Payment 3" )
    Final payment, which must include extra cost for: Optional 5th day lift ticket
  • Optional Trip Insurance recommended Must be paid within 21 days of sign up

Notes:

  • Membership in the Lewis Ski Club is Required. 
  • All participants must complete the Trip Application and Agreement Form online
  • Price does not include baggage fees, any additional fuel surcharges, or airport fees, which may be imposed by the airline prior to departure.
  • Lewis Ski Club reserves the option to change airlines, lodging and/or itineraries
  • Trip price based on an exchange rate of $1.00 USD to $1.33 CAD. Deviations from this exchange rate at the time at booking may alter your trip price lower or higher.

  • Participant must have valid passport for travel to Canada. Please verify expiration date is beyond February 2018.
