Officer: Recorder

The Recorder shall keep accurate and complete minutes of all meetings and report them to the club at the appropriate time. He/she shall notify the members of the board of all board meetings. Finally, he/she shall perform all other duties incident on the office.

Specific duties:

  • Records minutes of the general membership meetings
  • Records minutes of monthly board meetings
  • Distributes minutes to board
  • Maintains file of past meeting minutes

Incumbent spends 2-3 hours per month on these duties.
