The Lewis Ski Club competes in adult amateur ski and snowboard racing events through the Cleveland Metro Ski Council (CMSC) Racing Program. The CMSC coordinates the Weekend Race Series and the local Cleveland Wednesday Night Race Series. Refer to the CMSC Racing Page for more information about the CMSC race programs. Complete racing rules and regulations are also available in the CMSC Racing Book.
In order to be eligible to race with the CMSC racing program, you must be a member of a Cleveland Metro Ski Club with a race team. Thus, to race for the Lewis Ski Club, you must be a Lewis Ski Club member. See the Club Membership Page for details.
New to racing? Not to worry: you will be placed in an appropriate racing class after your first qualifying race. Any skier or snowboarder, age 18 or over, at any ability level is eligible to race.
