Cross Country Outing at Big Met Canceled due to forecast

Let's get out for Nordic skiing while we can. Denice Marcinko has graciously agreed to lead another cross country outing at Big Met. We’ll meet up Saturday at Big Met Cross Country Ski Center at 10 am. Rentals are available starting at 9 am. I recommend arriving by 9:30 am if you need to rent. Address is 4811 Valley Parkway, 44126.  Conditions report number is 216-635-3270. Phone number for rentals is 440-331-1070. Note: We've noticed the rentals tend to collect snow on the bottom. If anyone has wax for waxless skis you should bring it. I've not tried it myself but I've heard cooking spray helps prevent this sticking as well. Jan
