Officer: Trustee

One trustee is elected each year - an individual trustee has a three-year term. The trustees provide guidance and oversight for the activities of the club. The Trustees are the guardians of the club constitution and shall be responsible to the members to ensure that all the articles and sections of the constitution are followed.

Specific duties include:

• Perform an annual audit of the club treasury.
• Conduct an annual review of the activity guide.
• Provide semi-annual written reports to the members.
• Provide verbal reports at the club meetings.
