Lewis Ski Club Fleece, 2012 Edition

The Fleece:

The Lewis Ski Club is putting together a group order for a club fleece for the 2012 season.  There are two style options:  a full zip fleece, or a 1/4 zip fleece.   The fleece is made of a mid-weight (13.5 oz) polyester in gray or black color.  The full zip style has two exterior zipper pockets, an interior pocket, and a drawstring hem.   The Lewis Ski Club logo is embroidered in color on the top left side (approximately 3 inches in size), with the words "Lewis Ski Club" below the logo.  See the link at the  bottom of this page for an example of the Embroidered Lewis Ski Club Logo.

Samples of the fleece (without the embroidered logo) will be available at the October Club Meeting and November Club Meeting for sizing purposes.   The full zip fleece is available in Youth, Mens, Womens, 2X through 6X sizes.   The 1/4 zip fleece is only available in a unisex version and is only available in adult sizes. 

Full zip style is available for $28.50 , Youth Sizes for $27.00.  The adult unisex 1/4 zip fleece is available for $27.00.  The 2X size is $2 extra and the 3X size is $4.50 extra for both the 1/4 and full zip style. For sizes larger than 3X, please contact us for pricing.  There are no shipping fees (we are using a local company), but you must pick up your fleece in person at a regular Lewis Ski Club Meeting.  We expect delivery in time for distribution at the December Club Meeting.

It has been quite a few years since the last time the club has put together a group club gear order.  Don't miss this opportunity.

Deadline:

Payment must be received in full, with the 2012 Fleece Order Form, no later than Nov. 6, 2012.  (at the November Club Meeting)

How to Order:

Please bring checks, payable to "Lewis Ski Club", complete with the 2012 Fleece Order Form information to the October Club Meeting or to the November Club Meeting.    Alternatively, you may mail your payment, and order information to:

Please fill in form digitally, or print clearly.  If you mail in your check and order information, confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.   Also, if you choose to mail your form, it is highly suggested that you also send an email to fleece2012  so that we know to look for your form.
