Camping And Paddle Sports Weekend 2020

Come join us for a camping and paddle sports weekend at Findley State Park in Wellington OH on SR 58. Cost is $36 per person for two nights of camping. Firewood supplied. Bring your own camping and cooking gear, food and beverages. There will be 3 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak and a Stand Up paddle board to share. Rentals are also available or bring your own. Sign up and payments are done through the website which will be set up soon if it’s not there already.

Location: Findley State Park is south of Wellington, on SR 58. It has 2 boat launch ramps, hiking, disk golf, and a mountain bike trail. One of the 2 boat launches is in the campground; the other launch ramp has a handicap accessible ramp for launching and retrieving kayaks.

Fishing is allowed if you have a license. Pets are allowed at the campsite, as long as they are on a leash.

There are also kayaks and canoes available to rent from the concession stand at the swim beach.

Bring your own camping gear and cooking gear, beverages and food.

Space is limited to 20 Participants with 2 tents and cars per site.
